The village as modeled includes access roads, 25 individually -designed dwellings, garaging, a pavilion, an outdoor sculpture, a lake, wetlands and scenic walk, and extensive plantings. A feature of this particular development is the attention given to minimising the environmental footprint. The 3D visualisation was built using the K2Vi virtual reality platform. It will be used in the consultation and resource management planning phase of the project, and additionally as a marketing tool.
